BF3 premium purchasing a fraudulent key code

why not block them instantly , instead of accepting them for 2 weeks ?

this way the buyer and the seller knows it's a fraud , instead of the seller telling you it was okay the 1st week you brought it

another thing , how to view my open cases ?  according to EA support:

1. Go to help.ea.com
2. Click on the ‘My Questions’ link on the top left-hand corner of the page (under the ‘My Stuff’ section)
3. Our website will prompt you to log in to your EA account.
4. If you have multiple EA accounts, use the screen name associated with this support incident
5. You should now see the ‘My Questions’ page, where all open support requests should be listed.

But there is no ‘My Questions’  or "My stuff"

Even if you you do that , you can't view your case or your replies , the only options you have either :

1-Reply to the case and when u submit you are able to read it

2-Have instant chat  with the """"Support""""  and you wont be able to read it

besides there is no "My cases" section

    1. To view your open case, log in to the Customer Portal at help.ea.com.
    2. Locate the open case underneath "CONTACT US" in the "MY CASES" section.
(Do not open the case from within "CONTACT US")
