I would like to buy a bf3 premium but I dont own bf3 game.
Will it work if I buy only bf3 premium?

- Battlefield 3 Premium is only a DLC season pass and cannot work without owning the BF3 base game. What you want to purchase is called the "Battlefield 3 Premium Edition" that comes with the game and the Premium DLC season pass.
