  • Hi there!

Try to restart the whole game, your PC as well as your internet router. Start, and it should work. If not, it is just a temporary problem.

I am having the same problem. I have a rented server, and about 1 - 2 nights a week, it is unplayable. Once you enter the server, you are allowed to play for about a minute, and then everyone disconnects. When you go to rejoin, either it won't let you at all, or it disconnects again as soon as people enter.

I tried restarting my Xbox and the game, but I really don't think this is the issue. I also don't believe it is a problem with port forwarding because it isn't just me. Everyone on the server times out too. Everyone in my party and all the randoms as well.  This only happens in the West Coast region and only since the last game update.

I do believe there is a deeper issue here because when this problem occurs and you go back into the server list and search for West Coast only, it only brings back about 14 active servers. (Active meaning populated. There will be about 200 pages of empty servers).

Does anyone know if this is a known issue that is being looked into? Because I have to say, I'm feeling a little ripped off here. Those servers aren't cheap to rent and I realize it's only a couple times a week, but those couple times are usually on the weekends and that's when we have most of the platoon on trying to play.

Any information would be great. Thanks.
