BF3 Ultimate short pack bundle

Hi, based on the advertisement in origin.com i purchased the BF3 Ultimate short pack bundle to unlock all my weapons and upgrades, after installation i noticed that there is no (PP-2000, UMP-45, PP-19, M1014, ACW-R, SPAS-12, PDW-R, SAIGA 12K, P90, USAS-12, AS VAL, G53, MK3A1, QBZ-95B, M5K, MTAR-21, SCAR-L) and the list just goes on and on.
Also there are no primary nor secondary (Suppressors, flash, foregrip, tactical light, Extended mag, scopes, ..Etc) included in the weapons that came with the ultimate short pack. i already opened a case with EA and still waiting for a response. Could any one assist me in this? Is there a way to unlock all weapons?
