If you meant the PerfOverlay.drawfps 1 or 0, then it should show you a FPS counter in the upper right corner of the screen.
Just open the console in game by pressing the ~ key and write this command: perfoverlay.drawfps 1 and press the enter. The value 1 to enable FPS counter and 0 (zero) to disable it.

nope, if you go in game, there is a command PerfOverlay.Drawfpsmethod (uint32)
