Starting game problem about BF4

I'm currently unable to launch BF4 normally. It doesn't work whether I try through Battlelog (web) or the EA app. Every time I try to start BF4, after the loading screen it just kicks me back to the EA app's main interface without launching the game. The only possible trigger I can remember is that I force-closed BF4 once because it got stuck while loading a server. After that, I haven't been able to get into the game at all.
