BF4 BUG REPORT: DICE CAMO

It's been almost two weeks and DICE CAMO still isn't working on any servers. The light is no longer visible on the water. Does anyone know how I can contact EA?

    I know it’s an older game but did someone actually got a response from EA?

    I got this reply on 18-9-2025, clearly nothing has been done since then. 

    "Thank you for contacting EA. My name is Saurabh. Hope you are doing well.

    I have reviewed your email and gathered that yiu are facing issue with triggering the appearance of a giant Megalodon shark in the Parasel Storm map to unlock the DICE camo. Please don't worry, I would try to provide all the mandatory information about your concern.

    I really appreciate you sharing feedback towards the game. I will make sure to forward the same to our concerned department.

    As a gamer I certainly do understand your concern here and I really appreciate your time and money you have spend in the game but I am sure you can understand it is just that there is nothing that we can do from our end else I would have loved to do that for you.

    As much as I know, I wont be able to resolve this for you as this needs to be fixed on a developmental level.

    For the meantime, If you are unhappy with the game performance, please post the same on the official forum by going through this below link:

    Believe me, the moderator team is however collecting data from the community and are examining solutions if they determine enough customers have the problem and the problem is technically addressable with a patch, or if a work around is possible.

    As of now for you I’ve made detailed case notes of this report and forwarded to concerned department who will further investigate the matter and hope in next update they may make the desired changes.
