BF4 BUG REPORT: DICE CAMO

I got this reply on 18-9-2025, clearly nothing has been done since then.

I have reviewed your email and gathered that yiu are facing issue with triggering the appearance of a giant Megalodon shark in the Parasel Storm map to unlock the DICE camo. Please don't worry, I would try to provide all the mandatory information about your concern.

I really appreciate you sharing feedback towards the game. I will make sure to forward the same to our concerned department.

As a gamer I certainly do understand your concern here and I really appreciate your time and money you have spend in the game but I am sure you can understand it is just that there is nothing that we can do from our end else I would have loved to do that for you.

As much as I know, I wont be able to resolve this for you as this needs to be fixed on a developmental level.

Believe me, the moderator team is however collecting data from the community and are examining solutions if they determine enough customers have the problem and the problem is technically addressable with a patch, or if a work around is possible.

As of now for you I’ve made detailed case notes of this report and forwarded to concerned department who will further investigate the matter and hope in next update they may make the desired changes.

I haven't done a follow up, but doubt it will get a meaningful response.

I know it’s an older game but did someone actually got a response from EA?

It still doesn't work, I hope they fix it.

Common DICE, you gotta solve this and the campaign issues!!!!

bruh. I just got permanently banned from the French server "DICE CAMO" for keep trying to do the Easter egg... amazing! now i need to rent a server to do it, another reason to forget this game.

Fix this **bleep** DICE. Still Broken. Wasted hours of my time one this plus a hundred hours doing tons of the assignments and achievements to 100% the game only to find out its all for **bleep**ing nothing now.

same here on PC, I tried like 7 times and n0thing, the light never shows up 

As of 7 September 2025, this is still not working... tried several times today.  Was **bleep** near above the coconuts and still do not see a light anywhere at any time.  Pretty disappointing, although I acknowledge I am late to this party...
