BF4 missing premium items

I also logged in today to find all of my premium items and premium battlepacks missing, along with getting the other knives like someone had previously stated.

However, I also noticed that after this happened, when exiting a match you would be awarded with unopened battlepacks that were gained through leveling.

They really need to fix this because we payed good money for BF4 and the premium along with it and it continues to be buggy and frustrating.

where does it say tht your save was corrupted?

Im not premium but  I lost all my camos and knives overnight and when I checked my battle packs they were replaced by attachments for weapons I don't own

On Xbox 360,  I have opened up my level 5,7,10,and 14 4 times each today alone and got all different stuff in each (hooray, kind of I guess....). And I also seem to be missing my saved campaign progress. I believe this is all tied together with some connection/technnical problems between EA On-line and battlelog.com. I am just going to sit tight until they give an update. 

I'm having the same issue, as my battle packs are missing along with my carbon blade, yet my dog tags are still premium, and can access premium.

I got the original Premium Gold Battlepack and I still have the items, but I now did not get the new battlepack that was scheduled for November 29, 2013.!!  Very annoyed right now.
