BF4 missing premium items

I can't seem to find the premium we were meant to unlock yesterday , or this morning depending on the location. I tried refreshing my battlepacks page, thinking it would be there but it wasn't and I tried the loadout page and once again, nothing. Has anyone got the same problem and if you have got the knife can you tell me where to find it?

Come on people, I just bought the PS4 just so I could play battlefield 4, andpaid over $100 in the game alone after purchasing the premium edition, yet I have access to all the things I have earned and bought with my online play. WTF!  I usually like to consider myself relaxed and willing to allow things to straiten them selves out, but this is bull**bleep**. I paid and I want my stuff fixed or I demand a full refund in cash, not credit.  Its false advertisement and its a fraud if I get any less.

1. my battlefield 4 premium disappeared after to weeks and i cant purchse for 00.i have unloced premium weapon in battlelog but i cant use it.i cant acces to china rising and seacon assalut. that happened when i am downloading naval strike.i hae c rising i second a files.i do not know what to do.
