BF4 pre- order, and china rising dlc

You're on xbox, yes? There should have been a code that came with your game for the DLC.

See this is the problem when i went to pick up the game, they had only standard copies of the game and no codes? I expected a game with a special casse like i got for BF3 I asked if they had anything more to give me and they didn't, I have proof i pre-ordered it.

Hi, when I preordered (for PC) I got a card with a single code on it that unlocked the base game and China Rising.

Go to your Origin and select 'My Games'. Then right click BF4 game and select 'Show game details'.  Down at the bottom see if it shows the China Rising expansion (if available to you if should not be greyed out)

Ah. I think we're in a bit of a grey area here. Strictly speaking, you'll need to return to your retailer. However you might want to keep your proof of pre-order to hand and contact support. I can't make any promises, but they'll be able to look into it.

Poohstick, the steps you mention are spot on for PC gamers, however this doesn't seem to apply for captaincheeze.

DICE switched it so that instead of getting China Rising as the preorder offer, you now only get a Gold Battlepack.

Same. I preordered the game and entered the code that came with my copy. I only recieved an gold battlepack. 

So the china rising was only available in the U.S?

It makes no sense, China rising would be better than a gold battlepack
