@l_MrPiggy_l you are most likely banned by punkbuster. You need to join a server via battlelog and see what the kick message displays within battlelog. If you were banned in March of this year: you were most likely banned under violation #83018 or #81668. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done. Evenbalance will not unban you and EA will not move to act on their agents erroneous program, punkbuster. If you do more reading, you will see that thousands of players have been banned by #83018 in and around March and April and more recently #81668 from May until today. Hundreds have come forward to state that they did nothing wrong...yet EA does nothing. Good luck!

All attempts to reason with EA are pointless.
They telling you there is nothing they can do - as if they didn't own the franchise.And Evenbalance - probably run by one guy in the basement of his parents - either ignores the tickets or just is overwhelmed by how much crap his nutbuster software has caused.
Won't be buying anything from EA "anytime soon."
