BF4 servers are down. PS4

Can someone from EA or who ever runs it get the servers back online?

    Hi @EA_Barry ,

    I spoke with i3D who runs your server park in Europe.

    They point squarely at EA being cause for the many server crashes we all have experienced the last 6-8 weeks.

    And when monitoring factually the physical server box and its assigned IP, I could directly confirm that they are absolutely right.

    Server is running live and well, but on PS4 BF4 the gameplay suddenly lags, all freezes and then 10-15 seconds later server totally drops all players or at least like 35-45 of all 64 players on it.  This is a widespread phenome on all rented servers for past two months now.  

    So can you please figure out what is root cause for troubling the EA backend like this, which causes our players to be dropped from EA validation and connection to our servers?  This needs to be fixed ASAP and truly shocking it is going on for so long as it already has.

    Thanks for any help and insights that you may be able to bring to this.
