Having a similar issue. I preordered the physical copy from Amazon and have been trying to install the game for 3 days with no luck. The Campaign mode is at 100% and I have been able to play through the first mission, but the "Full Game" has never progressed past 41%. I've tried deleting and reinstalling several times with no luck- it keeps freezing at 41%. I've also contacted EA support and was told they would escalate the issue and I'd have a response in TWO TO THREE WEEKS. A little annoyed, hopefully we hear something soon otherwise I'll be looking for a refund so that I can buy something that I can actually use my new PS4 for.
Yes please let us know what thet say! I've been letting mine install for hours in hopes that it would jump even 1%, but nope. At least I have Assasin's Creed to hold me over for a while, but I want to blow some **bleep** up already!

seriously getting ridiculous, can't even get an answer out of them addressing that this is an issue. Better be fixed in the patch or surely this game will be returned. It's Stupid preordering a physical copy of a game for $60 that you can't play because there is some install bug that won't get past 59%. Hope EA enjoys these sales numbers on BF4 because they are losing fans by the second

So I actually ended up fixing mine. Turns out what the Sony support lady said was true in that it was probably the disc. I took a nice cloth and rubbed all around the center and edges making sure no smudges or fingerprints at all, and lo and behold it's going up a percent every 30 secs now

Ok its the disk. Cleaning fixed my problem.
