Brother falsely banned from BF4 by Bf4DB
My account was banned for trying an aimbot. My brother, 3 days later was also banned on his account just because he was linked to the same IP adress, BF4DB would not listen and nobody cared the slightest bit. I admit to cheating and take full responsibility but my brother had nothing to do with it and was wrongfully banned. They then turned around and said that he was banned because his Punkbuster did not update.
So somebody please help because I don't know if anyone cares at all.
For someone who sells games and runs a business, they are very unprofessional, arrogant, ignorant and just plain childish.

BF4DB is a third party service. Servers can run it if they please.
