Bug in spectator mode.

Please explain what is happening in the spectator mode. Me on one of the servers given ban for using cheat. Video showing me the first person in spectator mode. Where I shoot through the rock. But actually, I shot looking out of shelter (rocks). Please tell me this is a bug? And when it is fixed. Please answer the question quickly. Thank you and sorry for my english.
