Butterfly achievement...
this achievement in the rock and a hard place will not unlock. i play an xbox 360.
why?

I'll link you another achievement tutorial here you can follow, just to make sure you did everything as he does it.

Don't die or either reload the checkpoint if you would be about to die! And if you die, reload the whole mission not just the last checkpoint!
If it's for sure not unlock even if everything was done like in the video, then there might be a bug in the achievement system of the console itself and therefore it can't be fixed from either EA or any of us in the forum.
