Cannot change emblem even after leaving platoons

I noticed in-game that I was showing my old platoon's emblem. We have disbanded, so I wanted to show my own self made emblem. Battlelog shows the correct emblem, but it wasn't in game. So I logged into companion website and saw that it said I was representing my old platoon still. So I left all platoons and went back to companion website to change to the emblem I wanted, but it still says I'm representing the old platoon.

I even created my own platoon and still it says I am representing Precision platoon.

How can I be representing a platoon that I am no longer in? I just want to use my own emblem
