I've had this game three weeks now and I just spend hour after hour trying to connect. I select Multilayer, then Quick Match, choose a game type (I try them all) and then press A. It goes into matchmaking then after a few seconds comes back with an "Error Information" box saying You have lost connection to the session.I do connect to the odd game but it's rare.I know next to nothing about IT but my NAT settings are "Open" and the Xbox One network tests says everything is fine. My 360 worked all day long on Battlefield 3 and now I feel like smashing the One and this bloody useless gamePlease give something to try???

I keep searching for games and it goes to black loading screen, then goes back to the game modes selection screen and says you have lost connection to the session, anyone know why it is doing this ?

Very frustrated xbox one user, as I only brought the xbox one to play battlefield 4 and I'm still having this problem. Why are you wasting time unlocking "m1911 3x" scope when you haven't fixed the real problem, it says you hope we enjoy the unlock, how am I supposed to enjoy it when I can't even play the game...................? When will I be able to play BF4 without these issues? A speedy response would be greatly appreciated.

I can watch netflix etc. but when I go to try and play Battlefield 4 I click on the game type and it starts to load the match then kicks me off and leaves this message "error information. You have lost connection to the session" I called Microsoft and they had me complete a bunch of things and even then it still didn't work. Any other ideas?

same issue here but I'm afraid your asking the black hole tht is ea. I know three people with bf4 on xbone and no one can play online regularily. Think this will be the last version of I buy

I have had exactly the same problem for 2 days now. Complete waste of money and time. £60 for the game and £40 Premium Member

Same here seems to have got worse not better, try team death match that seems to work for me ( proving it's a game issue and not a network issue) I hope we get a response soon here

I also have the same problem, not only with BF4 but Fifa 14 also, both EA games. 1 week ago I struggled to get into larger game modes, as of yesterday I can only get into defuse (10 players). WTF Ive even contacted my ISP but they gave me the all clear there end. My down load speed is 10MBPS & upload speed is 1MBPS, now i know this isnt the greatest of speeds but according to microsoft, minimum running reqirements for xbox live is 3MBPS d/l & 0.5MBPS u/l. The most frustrating thing though is the lack of responce from EA, When will we get a patch? and will it be stable? oh and can I get my double xp again being as i only used about 3 hours worth from the week of double xp offered!
