I am playing on PC . The desktop is hardlined to the modem via cable. My system is an intel I7 with 32 GB ram and a GForce 1060 4 GB Graphics Card.

When the matchmaking fails are you in a group? If so disband the group, reform the group and try to join a new server.
Thanks for the reply. No Ragna I'm not in any groups. Trying to join playing solo.
