Cannot launch Battlefield 3 stuck on initializing

Hi i know there are posts like this but what people send there nothing works for me like compatibility run as administrator closing unnecessary programs stuff like that i brought bf3 yesterday i planned to play it but when i go to campaign it just doesnt work battlelog will say initializing campaign and thats all no error codes i dont even have the battlefield 3 folder in documents and if i go to mp the same thing only thing what is different is its not saying initializing it says joining server forever if someone knows how to fix it please say it to me

    Since you market his reply as a solution tell us what made it work for you , we are struggling too please give info asap

    Does not work for me. Any other suggestions? Campaign wont start either. It is stuck on INITIALIZING. Edit: Now it launches but my key bindings are gone... How can I solve that?

    I FIXED IT

    FIRST YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT BATTLEFIELD 3 CAMPAIGN MODE ONLY LAUNCHES THROUGH ONLINE BATTLELOG (ONLINE ONLY). SO YOU MUST LOG IN TO BATTLELOG.COM.

    ALSO THERES SOME GLITCH WHERE THE GAME STATUS GETS STUCK ON THE WEB BROWSERS CACHE, ALSO THE EA APP HAS A CACHE THAT NEEDS CLEARING.

    1. USE EDGE BROWSER, CTRL+H TOP THREE DOTS GOTO MENU AND CLEAR THE ENTIRE HISTORY CHECK ALL THE BOXES. SO THAT IT DOES NOT REMEMBER THE GAME STATE. (ALL THE CHECKBOXES)

    2. GOTO EA APP IN THE PROGRAMS LIST (CLICK BOTTOM LEFT WINDOWS SYMBOL) BOTTOM LEFT TO BRING UP THE EA FOLDER INSIDE, START THE EA APP UPDATER. ALSO YOU CAN CLEAR THE EA APP CACHE IF YOU START EA APP RECOVERY. YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT EA APP IS FULLY UPDATED I SUGGEST YOU RUN THESE TWO PROGRAMS IN THE LIST.

    3.LOG IN TO EA APP , TOP LEFT CORNER BRING UP THE MENU, GOTO HELP , RESTART EA APP. THEN SIGN OUT COMPLETELY.

    4.LOG IN TO BATTLELOG.COM BATTLEFIELD 3 , THEN SIGN OUT COMPLETELY.

    5.SET THE DEFAULT BROWSER TO EDGE, BY TYPING DEFAULT APP IN THE SEARCH BAR BOTTOM LEFT. SET IT TO EDGE BROWSER.

    6 RESTART PC

    6.RUN EA APP. IT SHOULD POP UP THE EDGE BROWSER THEN YOU CAN LOG IN TO BATTLELOG AND CLICK ON CAMPAIGN. WAIT.

    This Didn't work for me, still stuck in Initializing campaign.
