Same here, having this problem for the past week. I change router settings, opened all ports, but the darn thing in DMZ, can't connect to the server. I can join European Server no problem. All my friends are playing on Eastern US server, can't join in any games. EA, please fix the problem, after paying for premium and the game. Its even worst for people who paying for a rental server. It can't be that hard to fix the problem, hurry up.
