Can't connect to ea servers. BF1

Question

All my progress has reset for singleplayer (Back to the introduction) and i can't connect to the ea servers and play multiplayer anymore. EA support were useless, with one of them asking 'Are you connected to the internet' whilst talking to him over the internet. Then he got me to delete some files out of %appdata% and %programdata% which did nothing, and i am thinking of revering that as one of the files was called cloud saves. How can i go online? I have tried all the simple things and i have done what support told me but they are terrible, with one suggestion also being turn off origin overlay which i already had off, so he said log out and back into origin.

I have found a fix for this, what's happening is that you can't download a UI update for some reason. What you need to do is login to origin with someone elses EA account who also had BF1. Hopefully when you login it'll prompt you to update then you can login from your original account and play.&nbsp;

Also just try to go to the left of your screen and click career and then hit the square button to connect to internet. It’ll ask to update then too. Or at least it did for me
