It's a error in Origin.
Reinstall Origin our install the new beta Origin and error will disappear.

The option for download and play BTK and Premium was a bug in Origin.

Yes, it has unique items (camo, weapons, dogtags, etc) , but some you do not need to download them, because they are already in the updated base game, but blocked.
For those who are not Premium, these items are inaccessible or need to be unlocked in game.
Thanks a lot, I was suspecting something like that when I check the main game in the update folder and the xpack 1 folder (I guess that is the BTK) and have 2.7 GB used.
