Can't Download BF3
Was told to direct my problem here: BF3 WILL NOT DOWNLOAD ONLY RUSSIAN LANGUAGE AVAILABLE. says i don't own the game despite showing in-game hours, achievements and bought DLC. would not work even...

Since it's an account related issue and the usual troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue, there is nothing else that I can recommend except to contact EA support.
If the account in question does not have the ability to pick a language when installing the game, nothing much can be done on the forums Nerevrin.
Same for EA support.
They told me to request help through here; I had gone through them multiple times and this session ended with them telling me to request aid through this site..
The main issue is that I am completely unable to download the game AT ALL. Not simply a language lock issue.
Try talking again with a different support agent, nobody on this forums can assist you with account related issue. Game ownership is something that only support can resolve warghostmon.
