Can't get access to Dr. Pepper "Promo Pack" camo and dogtag bundle on Xbox 360

There is a promo bundle in the US Store but as the OP found out it only contains the pre-order tags and Specact camo and not the Dr Pepper tags and camo like the Promo bundle outside of North America includes.
