2. Uninstall/Reinstall Origin:

Give these a try, and let us know if you still need assistance.
Thank you 🙂
i have the same problem on Xbox One since the last update of Bf1! i tried a few of EA procedures without success! BF4 is working!
Hey @StayFanPower
I suggest trying some of these Xbox Troubleshooting steps:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/console/connection-troubleshooting-advanced-xbox/
If these don't work, please try uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1.
Thank you 🙂
Thank's for your help! i have absolutely no internet problem because i can play BF4 or BF3 multiplayer or others games without any issue!
it's just BF1 who don't want to work, since the last update! While i joined a game in BF1 after a moment just before i join the game i have this message:
See photo here: https://pcbx.us/cfmk.png
also i can't play the campaign solo, just a black screen loading forever!
when i go to the "Options" on the main menu i have a black screen too
when i go to customize my soldier i have a black screen too!
i don't want to uninstall because it's a total of 74gb can you imagine the time to reinstall the game and all the dlc and updates?
Hey @StayFanPower,
I understand that it might take a while for you uninstall/reinstall Battlefield 1, but that might be helpful at this point.
The other thing you can try to do is clear your saved game data, however this will delete all of your Single Player progress, it won't have anything to do with multiplayer since it is saved to the Cloud Server.
Hope this helps.
Thanks 🙂
i deleted the saved game data ( everywhere ) and still not working! is EA i aware of this problem? is there an update to resolve this in a near futur?
Thanks for the prompt response. I forgot to mention I have an Xbox one sorry but you answered my question with your response to the other gentleman. I'm afraid none of the solutions worked but I haven't try to uninstall and reinstall yet. I am very reluctant to because of all the DLC that goes with it. It is going to take me days to do so. I might uninstall and leave it uninstalled even though it is one of my favorite games. Thanks for your help.
Well! i uninstall/reinstall the game and it's now working!
i uninstalled and then reinstalled offline with the bf1 disk version of Xbox One and then i installed the 32gb of updates and it finally work! But i don't know why i didn't needed to download all the DLC because after the updates of the 32gb all the dlc was there...so instead of the 74gb needed i downloaded just the32gb of updates + the game from the DVD, kind of weird!
i think i knew what the problem came from but i'm not sure at 100% is that i pause the last BF1 update in the middle of the download and i decided to installed the console updates and after, i finished the installation of the bf1 update so i think that's why it screwed the bf1 update...
