You should reinstall your game and check your internet connection stability. After reinstalling the game, you should try repairing the anti-cheat.

Thanks for the suggestions danisoff but unfortunately I have already tried reinstalling and repairing the anti-cheat with no luck.
In that case, you should talk to EA support, they should be able to provide you with more information on the issue.
I have poked around there but none of the information on that site was helpful and it seems that making a support ticket/case has been disabled in favor of the forums
