can't install bf3 premium

hello... i got the game and premium also however i enter the premium code before installing  bf3 game ..... how do i install ... it says purchased but i cant install , how do i install because i ...

@Xadan_MC Hi, I was able to take a look at your account, everything seems to be in order. 

Can you play the base BF3 game? If you can't, how is it failing? You should be able to click the game panel in Origin then choose to start the download. 

If you can install the base game, you can grab the rest of the content from within the BF3 Game Details page. Click the game panel then the "i" button. On this page you can see all the DLC, from here you can grab all the downloads.
