Hello,
If you bought a physical copy from a retailer, please ask them to replace your product as it was faulty.
If you bought it online from Origin, contact a member of our staff to get this sorted:

Note: if you bought the game second-handed, it is normal that your product code is not being accepted by our system, it simply was used by someone else beforehand.
