Can't log in to web companion on the battlefield 1 website

Can't log in to web companion on the battlefield 1 website for a few days now.

It always brings me right back to the login page. I've tried everything, different browsers, clearing browser cache, VPN, when I'm logged in on my Ps4, but nothing works.

It works on my phone and Ps4 but not on the Battlefield 1 website. I would like to create an emblem so I need the webcompanion for this. Please HELP!

Use this link instead of your old bookmark:

DICE or EA changed the URL but didn't bother to mention it anywhere or even properly re-direct from the old URL...or answer anyone in these forums.  I figured it out out of sheer luck after a week+ of frustration.

You can't share emblems now, though.  Shared emblems still use the old URL, and therefore, do not work.  Nothing you do with BF1 is going to work as intended, and that's more the rule than the exception I am sad to say.  The last two months of spotty, seemingly random hit detection going from map to map (after the game breaking Apocalypse bug was "fixed") is the one that's really stuck in my craw.  Bullets not working in a first person shooter can really put a player at a disadvantage...

Still having trouble logging in. Even tried different computers, @ friends and work, but I just can't get in! Only thing that works is the phone app, but that app sux when you want to create an emblem, I need a pc for that. Hope it gets fixed soon!

  • Still can't bloody use the web companion. It's been over a damned week. EA should let the people who work with this, fix it. This is ridiculous.

Thank you very much for this link! It works like a charm! Finally I can create an emblem now! Sad though that a big company like EA can't  (or won't) fix a simple problem like this! Thanks again dude!

I am glad I could help.

Emblems is one of my favorite features ever in a game.  I have made a dozen+ so far.  I messed around with the emblem editor so much that I purchased Photoshop.
