There is an issue with logging in a the moment,EA is looking into it.

How about you try this first,
"It looks like you don't have a security question set up at the moment, could you please go to https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/security/index (log in with your Origin account) or use the Origin client on your PC and add a security question to your account and then try logging in on your PS4/Xbox One again?" -eaDennis
"In addition to my post above, we've now received word that this should be fixed and the Finish button should allow you set a security question via your console. Please let us know if you continue experiencing this issue, and if so, please use the workaround above." -eaDennis
