Can't play any ea games
As of the day after Christmas I was trying to play battlefield VI but can't I have to play on my son's account which is my account and can't play on my mailto:[edit: email address removed] the email address i no longer have or use except for xbox I can get it by a 4 digit code for mailto:[edit: email address removed] to play any game except for ea games. I have sent many email to them explaining the issue with no reply my email address is mailto:[edit: email address removed].

I'm afraid that this is something EA Help will need to give you a hand with. Nobody here can access game accounts for security reasons.
If you emailed them via a support case then it might be worth checking "My Cases" at help.ea.com, incase they've replied there. However, if you didn't create a case already, the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide below will let you either open a case or have a live chat.
