Can't Play Battlefield Hardline Campaign

Addendum: Are there any master and sub-accounts mixed together?

My apologies if the term 'master and sub-accounts' was confusing. I didn't mean a 'Parent/Child' account setup. I meant the conflict between your 'Main account' (the one you use now) and the 'Secondary account' (the one you used previously for Game Pass).

Both my Steam and Xbox account look llike they're connected to my EA account.

I think what happened last year is I was told to unlink my Xbox account again after being asked to unlink and link it but I was blocked from doing that for 6 months.

I only have one Xbox account.  I'm not sure why last year I got the message about it being on another account.  I think maybe it just meant that my account was no longer subscribed to Game Pass PC.

How can I contact EA Help Desk?  I don't see anywhere to open a case and the AI chat bot is no help and just directs me to pages that aren't related to my issue.

Go to EA Help and select "Battlefield Hardline." Select either PC or Steam. Select "Account Management" as the topic and "I can't log in" as the problem. You will see "Chat" or "Contact Us by Email" options at the bottom of the screen. Selecting an "Account" issue is the most reliable way to speak directly with a representative. Once connected with a representative, tell them your request for "Rights Renewal" as mentioned above. Still no luck.

I go to https://help.ea.com/en/games/battlefield/battlefield-hardline/ but don't see an option for PC or Steam.  There's an option for "Contact Us" but all it really does is ask me for the game I want help with, my name and email, and my problem.  I tried "putting Account Management" and "I can't login" and it just takes me to pages that aren't related to my problem.  And then when I tell it that the pages don't help it just repeats the process.
