Can anyone please explain to me how am I supposed to join a game with my friends so we can all be together at least in one team ? Or is it impossible because EA makes games for players who have no friends.

That depends on if you are on console or PC. If you are on PC you need to create a party in battlelog via the com center. On console (Xbox and PS3) you need to create a party from the main title screen by hitting the start key and adding people on your friends list. If you want someone who isn't on your friends list you need to add them.
