Can't redeem code

Hello,

I bought a XBOX ONE S with Battlefield 1 Early Enlister Deluxe Edition. But the problem is I can't redeem the damn 25 digit code! I tried redeeming it on console, tried on xbox.com and it always say:
Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.

What can I do?? I cannot even chat with EA, cause the chat won't load.

Additional info, I live in Poland but I doubt that changes anything since every Battlefield & Xbox service is available here.

Please help 🙂

    Try this.

    In your xbox, go to settings and change your language and region to USA. I read in somewhere that the code only works in USA.

    Works here...
