Cant start Battlefield play4free

hi there.

im trying to play battlefield play4free online(which is not in the product list above).

I created a main soldier but when I press the button "play now" after the game try to start I get a message"1000:errconnectionfailure", and then another message"failed to get ready event on time".

any suggestion?
