    Does the Origin store say that the Japanese copy has English?  If yes then you can get it in English too.

    Set Origin's language to English.

    Delete (or rename) the Origin Games\BFH\Data\Win32\Loc folder

    Do a repair from Origin.

    Alternative to uninstalling and reinstalling fully ^

    I'm mentioning about consoles version (PS4/XB1). So there is no chance to use Origin client and PC.

    Oh my bad sorry.

    I hope they do release a patch for you then.. but in all honesty, friend to friend.  Western shooter games don't usually do very well in Japan and (I'm guessing) don't get a lot of localization support.  We don't get so many great JRPGs over here ☹️  If we do it's at earliest 6months from the Japanese release and they are poorer versions.  I'm kind of surprised they actually put Japanese voices into the game in your region, here we usually get badly subtitled ports.

    @JotaroJustin

    @WootCandy

    This issue has been reported earlier last week to the studio. We have no estimate of time for a fix, but the studio is definitely aware and investigating.

    Thanks for your patience. 🙂

    *start origin and change the language to your choice.

    *go to your bfh folder and renamen  bfh.exe to bfh_.exe_ ändern.

    * oreboot origin

    * right click bfh and push download, it donwloads the other language files

    * go to exec and type regedit

    * go to HKEY_LOCALE_MACHINE -----> SOFTWARE ------> EA ----> BFH change the worth/parameter of "Locale" to en_US (for US) , de_DE (for German) or ru_RU (for russian)

    * origin reboot---> doublecheck regedit parameter (if not in your setted worth do the last step again)

    * start bfh go to options audio and change your language

    This would not help for PS4, and I'd mbe really weary of suggesting messing around with regedit, unless you have enough experience to know what you're doing. 🙂

    [PC]

    Just to let you know it is possible to have double language installed with one language audio and an other for subtitle, even if it looks like a bug on my side.

    What I did is change Origin to English language (base is French).

    Then Exit it.

    In the local folder, copy all the audio files that should begin with your language tag.

    Create a new folder named (TempBackup for example) in that same place and past those files in it.

    So you're local folder should have only your new folder in it.

    Go back and rename your bg exe file with something like .BACK at the end so that when checking for updates, origin download the right executable.

    Now restart origin. If still not in english (was my case), change again the language of Origin and restart it.

    Now that origin is in the language of your choice, update BFH and you should see the new language files downloading.

    Now, in my case, and that's where it is probably a bug, I couldn't load the game with only the English language files.

    My region allows pretty much all EU languages, so it is not a restriction. Looks like the game kept blocking on my French language settings.

    As those language files where no more in place (remember, moved in the backup folder) the game throw an error.

    Now, here is the interesting thing.

    Go back in local folder and then in the Backup folder.

    Copy or Cut all the audio files and put them back in the local folder with the EN language files.

    Restart the game.

    It is working 😉

    Go in option, change the language (you can now switch between your native language and English.

    Game is still in native language so will the subtitle be.

    All in all it is working like that on my side. Dunno if it's kind of a weird bug or if intended but as long as you have the correct language files, you should be able to switch to those audio in game I suppose.

    you can download english language pack delete pl and es in the loc folder and paste the english language inside it then go regedit and change the locate pl_PL or any other to en_US there are 2 ea folders at regedit both locate files should be changed launch the game and everything is english even when not include ingame but i dont know if we can use it that way.
