Bought the China Rising DLC but everytime I try to join a room that is China rising it says buy dlc instead of join. I have tried clearin my cache deleting and re downloading china rising and the update that came out with it... And why can i not find a number to call EA!!?
I believe I have the same issue.
I preordered BF4 for the PS4 (not PS3) and it came with the China Rising free DLC. I input the code at the PSStore and the DLC file downloaded, but everytime I try to join a PS4-BF4 China Rising server it takes me to the purchase the DLC or Premium screen via the PSStore. Basically it does not work.
same here, my player data was recently corrupted on 360 so i deleted it and reinstalled everything and now i can no longer play china rising maps, i cant even us the suav that i unlocked and on battlelog it even shows that i unlocked it. would really like to see this get fixed or get some help asap
Same issue! I have been searching everywhere a solution for this but no luck. It seems that the solution is contacting EA chat help and getting a "new code" (I know, it sounds hyper ridiculous)
What you need to do is go to the xbox one home page and go to games. Once there go to add ons. Then check to see if each of the expansion maps have been downloaded. For me the premium was download but when I went to china rising it had not been downloaded. I am downloading it now. Not sure if this will work but at least it is something. I had same problem. What appears to happen is when you purchase it downloads the premium but not the map packs. You have to download each map pack individually. Hope this helps.
