Code is already used

We are aware that after recently downloading and installing specifically Battlefield 3, the first Crysis, Mass Effect 3, or Plants vs. Zombies, that their game may not activate in your Origin My Games list.

same here i have windows 8 will that be an issue? i downloaded battlefield 3 when it was available for free, i got the product code as well but it wont activate ☹️
