Connection to an AM server.

Hi, 

   i'm a premium member, and i can't go on a AM server (no error message, i stay on "Connecting" step). I don't know why. I repair my install, check upgrade, and some others thing but nothing work. EA, could you check if you don't miss something on my account ?
