Contacting EA

My account got hacked two months ago. Luckely i could get it back on my own, but i cannot use my security question anymore.
I tryd contacting EA support but the only thing i get is to call them.

My question is: Isent there ANY other way then calling them to get help? What if i don't have the option to call them? Feels kind of redicules to only have one way to get support. 
I know it is a kind of security question.. But still.

    As account security is a important matter they prefer to deal with it directly in order to provide more security to the accounts. So you can only call them or get called.

    Don't worry anyway the just need to check if you are the right owner of the account and everything will be fine! 😉

    Just using the words "Account" or "Hacked" when attempting a contact sends you to the hardwired requirement of a voice call, not Live Chat, and not eMail.  You can create a contact request ABOUT making contact, omitting any / all mention of either of those words until after you're typing in the Live Chat exchange.  By waiting until Saturday, when no more than a couple of Game Advisers are on duty in larger Help Center offices, and none at all in small offices, you will have to wait a very long time to get through.  Two hours is supposed to be quite common.
