I completely agree with you docenglish, and I'm also a player which up to now has never complained with the stupid "fix the game" comment.
But now I pretend DICE to put some measure in place for this not to happen again and to inform the customers about it.
In my field of work when a fail happens, every customer pretends to see proof that we have learned the lesson, that we have implemented corrective actions so that this fail will not happen again in the future. I assume they are professionals, so as a customer now I simply expect the same from DICE.
