Crossbow not aviable

I finished the Assigment "Sticks and Stones" but when I open the Weaponsmenu it says "Complete Assigment go Play Closes Quaters". What can I do?

It's on the gadget spot med box/c4/rpg 😉

    I know that its there, but its locked even when I finished the assigment!
