Go to your custom settings of your video-card software. Disable all extra options for enhanced graphics and set the preferences for AA and anisotropic to “use application settings”. It might be that a special graphic setup is causing this issue.
Set the BF3 graphic options to “low quality” or reduce AA and anisotropic filtering to a minimum.
Launch the game, if the issue is solved, you can try to set the graphic options higher.

  • I have the exact same problem as the other guy, jitters except from when I am in a vehicle. I changed all the setiings in the nvidea control panel to the defaults (application controlled) and lowered the in game resolution, but nothing has worked. I have used 2 different 680's in my rig and I had the same problem, could it be something to with with my cpu?

  • hmmm, I also now realise that the other guy was me, from the past. My bad. But the problem still persists.

Roll back your nvidia drivers to 310.90 and check if the problem still presists.
