So I was getting on last night to play some Battlefield 1. And as I double clicked the icon on the desktop, it brought up a message on Origin saying that I needed to submit the product key again. I already bought the game THROUGH ORIGIN. I was wondering if there is anyway that I can get a game that I payed $60 for back. I already submitted tickets and everything, but have gotten no responses.

If the game was successfully installed and youi've already played it and are now getting the message to reenter the key try this: Right click the Origin icon on your desktop, select "run as administrator, then once in Origin go to your games library, right click BF1 and then select the repair function. After that try to play the game. This method worked when BF3 gave me this error a few months ago.
BUMP! I'd like to get some information as to why I cannot play a game that I payed $60 for and cant even access it. I can provide proof of payment, even though I shouldnt have to. This is getting ridiculous. I thought it was a myth about EA support. Until I had to deal with it myself.
Answer HQ is a community based public, mostly technical, support forum. Your fellow gamers on this forum don't have access to your account in any way. To get direct support contact an EA Advisor directly! You will have to go to:
Now select and describe your problem (or as close as you can get):
You will now get shown the most optimal way to contact EA with your given problem:
The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top right corner:
Changing the above language to United States or similar countries with large support departments can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.
If the ways to contact EA or the live chat or similar does not appear try another browser, disabling browser addons/extensions or internet security applications which might be blocking it, clearing the browser cache and temporary files or try it in a private browser tab.
I hope this guide helps you properly contact a EA representative.
You only get ONE message thread per subject, and this one is your singleton. The other is just SPAM. Answer HQ is game players, not tech support. We aren't part of Help Center, not any of the forums here are involved in business for EA. Help Center isn't here; no game advisers can be reached here.
So after sitting for 5 hours and getting no reply from EA support. I get told to move my thread to the Help area which I did, then it is marked as spam. I am more then angry at this point. Someone has taken $60 from me and I am either going to get a refund or my game back. I have been trying to get in touch with EA support since Friday MORNING. And have gotten nothing from them. What am I suppose to do? A game I spent money on is lost somewhere, who knows? And have gotten nothing from EA support at all. I've been waiting for a phone call since 8 this morning. It is now 4:17 Central. This is getting to be a joke.
It appears that you did a chargeback for your game - this means that you've asked your bank to return the money for your purchase. If that happens we will take the game from your account.
Because a chargeback is against our terms of service we've now also banned your account. You can reach out to the following team to set this straight:
