DIrectX Error or BF4 has stop working...really need some help

Hi: I been having this problem everytime no matter playing single or multiplayer.  always crash after 2-10mins playing.(to be more specific: during this 2-10mins I can play smoothly ) DirectX func...

Had this crash today 

"DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The application's device failed due to badly formed commands sent by the application. This is an design-time issue that should be investigated and fixed. "). GPU:"NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760", Driver: 33165"

I searched for an answer and could not find one. And this is the second crash today i have recieved.
