    Can you repost the actual error message verbatim for us? Can you also run a dxdiag and post the results?  Sometimes reinstalling the latest C++ redistributable package as shown in this video often helps. It's from BF4 but is equally valid for the same direct X error.

    Also do you have any thrid party programs that alter performance such as MSI Afterburner installed?  If you do try turning them off and see if you still crash.
