Do I have Deluxe Version or Standard game?

You should be able to see your China Rising expansion at the bottom of your "Game details page". Just rightclick in Origin on your BF4 icon to get to the details page. To check if you are able to download the expansion, just righclick on the China Rising icon.

Usually our Game Advisor can see your game entitlements, which means Battlefield 4 and all on your account registered expansions/content. What did they exactly told you?

They have told me that already and they didn't go beyond that. It gives me option to buy it, but what I don't understand is why does it say I own Deluxe Edition on Battlelog. I just want to be 100% sure I don't have it before I go spending extra 15 euros on this game.

I also thought they could just check if it's standard game or deluxe edition but it looks like they can't.

In you case I would ask you to get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They need to check your entitlements on your account. Please explain that you contacted someone already and that you want a new check of your account. You can refer to this topic if you want and please keep us updated.

Do you have a screenshot of your "My Games" library? If you host a screenshot externally, please make sure that no private data are shown on this picture.

I'm more and more sure that it's probably just a glitch on Battlelog, but I will contact Origin Support again. I'm going to school now, so I'll be able to do that in a few hours.

Do you have any receipt that you bought the digital deluxe version (Origin order history, e-mail etc.)?

The key that I redeemed on Origin was a gift from a friend, that's why I'm not 100% certain if the game is just standard or deluxe edition.

Seeing how I don't have the game in library, it's probably just a glitch on Battlelog.

What does the icon in your Origin library look like?  Does it say Digital Deluxe like the earlier photos in the thread, does it say Limited Edition or does it just say Battlefield 4?  If it doesn't say Limited Edition or digital deluxe you will not have the option to donwload CR for free.

As you can see in 'My Games' picture that I posted, it is regular Battlefield 4 icon. Probably just a glitch on Battlelog showing that I own it but it still confused me.

the page that says you own it only looks if you own BF4 standard (which is part of DDE), confusing indeed. I have standard and "own"

Digital deluxe too. On that page, scroll up to the DLC's that are listed right above it. If you do not have the Digital Deluxe or China Rising

seperately it would say "buy this" on the China Rising DLC.

Yes, I have option 'Buy Now' under China Rising. I guess it says I own it just to prevent me from spending another 70 euros since I already own the game. Since it seems like you can't upgrade from standard to deluxe, they just disable option to buy it after you get standard game, it's still very confusing with 'You Own This', Anyways, I'm glad that this got resolved. Thanks for all people that helped.
