DX issue in win10 64bit

the game is launch at 2011, so it may be using DX10 or 11, my GPU is support DX12, so it should be not issue on older DX. so how to solve this issue, it's not issue on my GPU or DX software, as i have update DX( using its folder DX update as well from Microsoft official webpage).

both single or MP can't start as it pop up this issue. it didn't happen on other game, so it should not be an issue happen on my DX, but the game itself only

i just brought it from the current save30 discount(2018/12), it's the first time i played this game bF3 or activate it.

    Hi @GVlXxf

    Are you still having some trouble launching the game?

    Try right-clicking on the desktop shortcut for Origin and select run as administrator or try running it in compatibility mode with an older OS.

    When you try to play the game is there a specific error code you get that you can take a screenshot of?
